A focused service for bikes that are new or generally in good shape but need adjustments and a thorough safety check before riding.

Our most popular package — everything in the Basic Tune-Up, plus a full drivetrain deep clean and more thorough mechanical reset. Add $30 for e-bikes and dual-suspension mountain bikes.

  • Parts Excluded: All listed prices cover labour only. Required replacement parts (e.g., chains, cassettes, brake pads, cables, discs) will be replaced as part of service. Major components always quoted and approved before installation.
  • E-Bikes & Dual Suspension: Add $30 surcharge on Standard Services to cover additional linkage torque checks and e-system motor/drivetrain checks.
  • After-Hours Drop-Off: Flexible, secure contact-free drop-off and collection options available upon request when booking.

⚡ E-Bike & e-MTB Mechanical Servicing

E-bikes are heavier, travel at higher average speeds, and generate significantly more torque through the drivetrain and braking systems. We provide complete mechanical care for all common e-bikes to keep your ride safe, smooth, and reliable.

  • ⚡ High-Torque Drivetrain Care: Chain wear checks, cassette/chainring wear assessment & precise gear indexing under high motor torque.
  • ⚡ Heavy-Duty Braking: We stock ebike specific parts, including rotors (discs), high-compound brake pads & tubes and tyres.
  • ⚡ Hub & Spoke Tensioning: Spoke torque checks and wheel truing tailored for rear hub motors and heavy payloads.
  • 🚐 Mobile Van Pick-Up: Heavy e-bikes don't fit easily on standard car racks — our workshop van collects and returns your e-bike door-to-door across the Northern Beaches.

*Note: We handle 100% of all mechanical repairs, adjustments, and wear-and-tear components. We focus on mechanical systems and do not perform internal motor housing repairs, battery or electronics rebuilds.
