E-bikes are heavier than regular bikes, travel at higher average speeds and put far more torque through the chain, cassette and brakes. Wear items go faster, and brakes, wheels and bolts work harder. Regular servicing keeps your e-bike safe, smooth and reliable.

Clear prices, no surprises
Prices are labour. Standard wear items (chains, pads, cables) are replaced as needed, and major or high-value components are always quoted and approved before fitting.

Standard Workshop Service $150 + $30 e-bike surcharge
Full drivetrain deep clean, gear and brake indexing, wheel and bolt checks, plus the extra e-system motor and drivetrain checks.

Labour only
Stripped to the frame, deep cleaned, bearings serviced and rebuilt to spec. Includes local pick-up and delivery.

We handle full mechanical servicing for all e-bike models, including Fatboy, Dirodi and Mamba e-bikes, e-MTBs, electric cruisers and cargo bikes. Suspension on your e-MTB due? We also service Fox and RockShox forks and rear shocks.

We take care of all mechanical repairs, adjustments and wear-and-tear parts. We don't repair motor internals, and we don't rebuild batteries or electronics. For those, contact your bike's brand or dealer.
Mobile Pick-Up
No rack? We'll collect your e-bike
Heavy e-bikes don't fit easily on standard car racks. Our workshop van collects your e-bike from home or work and returns it ready to ride. Available with the Standard Service and above.

Common questions
How much does an e-bike service cost?
Our Standard Workshop Service is $150 + parts, plus $30 for e-bikes, so $180 + parts. A Basic Tune-Up & Safety Check is $110, and the Ultimate Service & Custom Rebuild is $400 + parts.
Can you fix my e-bike's motor or battery?
No. We service everything mechanical: drivetrain, brakes, wheels, tyres, bearings and suspension. We don't open motor housings or rebuild batteries or electronics.
Can you pick up my e-bike?
Yes. Our van collects and returns bikes across the Northern Beaches, from $20 each way in the local zone. Pick-up is included with the Ultimate Service in the local zone.
How do I book?
Text or call 0485 022 101 with your e-bike's make and model and when you'd like it done. Drop-off in North Narrabeen is by appointment.
